As a Market Research Consultancy we carry out a high number of telephone research surveys every month, and we are always looking for Telephone Researchers to join our team. This is a great place to start if you are looking to progress within the business as it gives a good foundation knowledge of our systems and processes. Several of our Project Administrators and Project Managers have started out as Telephone Researchers. If you have experience making outbound calls and would be interested in talking to our clients’ customers to complete research surveys with them over the phone, please email your CV to and more information will be provided.

As our team and client portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for full or part time Project Administrators to join our team to support our Project Managers with the day-to-day administration involved with each of their clients’ projects. For every new client that joins our growing portfolio, a dedicated Project Manager is assigned to oversee the day to day running of each client’s research programme and will communicate directly with the client and the relevant field team researchers. We are looking for Research Consultants to join our team to support with business growth within specific industries. The role of a Research Consultant is to be the expert in the design and implementation of research programmes. A Research Consultant will work closely with their portfolio of clients to design bespoke programmes and create strategies to ensure their clients get the most value, which in turn will create brand loyalty and ensure client retention. A Research Consultant is responsible for an annual portfolio target and for a team of Project Managers and Project Administrators, who will oversee all aspects of each client’s programme. Some clients’ will be secured and assigned to a Research Consultant, however, this role is responsible for generating additional revenue to achieve the agreed annual portfolio target.
