Position: Field Team Regional Manager
Region: North & Scotland
Hours: 37.5 / week
Location: Remote working
Allowances: £200 monthly car allowance, plus mileage
Incentives: Quarterly company profit share scheme

Reporting to: Head of Operations
Key requirements of the role:
- Frequent travel throughout the north of England & Scotland
- Recruitment and management of self-employed field team members
- Coordination of research assignments within your assigned region

Quarterly team meetings at our head office in Portsmouth
KPI’s:
- To conduct a minimum of 25 onsite mystery shops/audits per month within your region.
- To recruit a minimum of 20 self-employed field team members per month within your region.
- To quality check and validate a minimum of 50 onsite mystery shops/audits per month, completed within your region.
- To assign and coordinate the completion of a minimum of 200 onsite mystery shops/audits per month, within your region.
Overview of the role:
This role involves recruiting, training, managing, and coordinating a field team of self-employed researchers within your assigned region. You will also be required to conduct onsite mystery shops/audits within your region every month. Each element of the role is broken down as follows:
Recruitment:
To work with our Head of Operations to develop a strategy to recruit self-employed field researchers within your assigned region.
Training:
To train all field researchers on how to conduct mystery shops/audits in the most effective way and in line with the briefs provided by our clients.
Managing:
To ensure your field researchers conduct each mystery shop/audit in line with our clients’ requirements and by the agreed project deadline date. As part of the role, you will quality check and validate mystery shops/audits completed by your field team to allow you to provide feedback for ongoing training and development purposes.
Coordinating:
To work closely with our project management team to facilitate the coordination and completion of mystery shops/audits within your region. Field researchers will be selected based on project requirements which may include certain customer demographics or profiles.
Conducting mystery shops/audits:
To allow you to train and manage your field researchers in the most effective way, you will be required to complete different mystery shops/audits on a monthly basis to gain a better understanding of the scenarios, systems and processes required by our clients for their individual research programmes.
