There are many different survey options of gathering feedback that you can use to ensure you are providing the best care to your residents and their relatives.

Surveys to residents and relatives can focus on feedback for several different areas. The most commonplace is feedback on the level of service that is being provided by your company, as well as your price point and value for money. This survey can also be used for market research purposes, to obtain feedback from your families and residents on the launch of a potentially new or updated service.

Understanding your residents’ feedback is key; utilising that feedback is crucial to making sure you are continuing to provide the best service. Whilst we know some of your residents will not have access to phones or computers, we have adapted the feedback process to suit their needs.

Paper surveys can be printed and posted out to your homes for your residents to provide their feedback by hand. The home manger can then return the paper surveys to our team to collate and provide insight on the feedback provided.

Relatives are more likely to have access to technology in terms of a phone or computer. We can therefore offer two different forms of surveys to relatives to gather their feedback:
